Should be able to get to the 1st spike cycle before it goes down if done right (wait a bit in the intro to prevent this), in the wind part again ascending from the left helps keep momentum, in the final wind section hold left instead of right.

Very nice run. It looks like it's best to start this level instantly so the spikes where youre climbing up dont hit you. Also just holding left should let you get to spring and keep boost, but might have a chance at failing.
